NEW YORK – Berenson Capital, a sector-focused private equity practice investing in Software & Tech-Enabled Services businesses, announced that Brendyn Grimaldi has joined as a Principal on the investment team.

Prior to joining Berenson, Brendyn was a Principal at Halyard Capital, a middle market private equity firm focused on Software and Tech-Enabled Business Services. While at Halyard, Brendyn served on the Boards of several companies including TI Health (Data-Driven Digital Marketing Technology), Stratex (SaaS HCM platform) and Practice Insight (SaaS Physician RCM platform).
